The Young Women come to the Lake

The Young Women not only returned to the Mountain, but they returned to the Lake.  We loved it.  As each group arrived, it brought tears to my eyes. They bring such a strength  and spirit to the Mountain.  We Love what we are doing.  So good to be missionaries again.
These girls did not want to go out on the water, so they sang songs in the Pavilion  and
they sang beautifully

So many girls, they love the lake

We were driving the Pontoon boat, when these two pulled up
next to us.  We found out later the one in the back
is Gracie,  Sis. Honroths( one of our missionaries here) neice

We walked out the door of our cabin and this Mama and baby moose

The Young Women arrived back on the Mountain this morning.  WOW !!!   What a feeling.  If we thought there was a special feeling on this Mountain for the last 2 months, as we prepared for this day, it has been nothing compared to when the Young Women arrived. The Spirit descended upon the Mountain and it is strong. We shed a few tears as we watched them arrive, and then when our first group came to the Lake, it was amazing.
What a treat,  I am so grateful we get to serve here, on this Holy Mountain.

An eventful week

Elder Heaton, we were putting new protectors on the Canoes, and Elder
Heaton decided he needed a Mustache from the left over stuff

Our first new babies on the Mountain.  All the animals are having there
babies and we spotted the first 2 fawns,  they were still a little
wobbly on there legs.

Had a little bit of time to go for a ride and we went into the outback and found
some remnants of an old car seat

The next several picture may seem familiar to some of you that have
been to the Temple.  This is Temple Lake.  This is one of the places
where the Temple movie was filmed.  There is a special
feeling up at this  place

We are loving this mission. It is a special and beautiful place where we
get to serve

Spring is just starting when we get really high up on the Mountain
