Family

Jeffrey, Stephanie and Emilio

Ben, Sophia & Tate

Tate sat so still for the first little bit, then he loosened up and was putting
his hand in the water

Uncle Jeff, caught splashing Uncle James, Enzo and Maggie

It took Kammie and I a while to catch up with these guys, we were in
a Paddle Boat. Here is James, Enzo and Maggie

Wow, we caught 2 of the boats at the same time, Ben, Tate and Sophia, Stephanie, Emilio ( he
finally got brave enough to sit by himself in the middle of the boat) and Uncle Jeff ( Janelle stayed on
shore with the little kids that did not want to go on the water)

Me, swinging on the big swing
Jeffrey. on the big swing

It was more fun then I thought it would be

Kammie, she went all the way to the top

Ben

Lydia was scared, so they just swung her by hand

The Missionaries were the best, they were so good to the kids,
Thank You to the AMAZING missionaries that took care
of our family

Ada also had them hand swing her, she and Lydia had a really fun time

Stephanie, tried it also, we all had fun

Maggie thought it was the best

Enzo was a little nervous, but he had fun

Sophia had so much fun

Getting our instructions

A sand box is always fun
We had the blessing of having all but one of our kids and their families come up to camp and stay for 2 days.  We LOVED it.  It was so fun to have them here, on the mountain, to be able to play with them and watch them overcome some fears on Challenge Courses, and time at the Lake.
We missed Carrie and her family, but maybe next year, we can all plan a fun vacation together.

The HVC Grounds Maintenance team had to build a new pond
in the outback, for drinking water for the animals, this is the new pond.
We went on a ride to see it in the morning, before the family came.

Elder Way, Elder LeFevre, and Elder Rawlings, pretending like they caught a BIG fish

Sis. Rawlings, taking a picture of Sis. Way and I

The only ones missing are Carrie, Briody, Calan, Annie, Josie and Baby LeFevre( Jeff and Janelle are expecting in November)

I feel my Saviors love

We have a tradition on the lake.  Each day when the girls come to the lake, we have 2 minutes of silence.  This is a time for the girls to reflect on listening to the Spirit.  After the 2 minutes of silence is over, they sing the 1st voice of I feel my Saviors Love.  It is powerful to hear those young women's voices as they echo back to us across the lake.
the last several times I have shared this experience with the girls, I have felt the spirit so strongly. The words of the song are:

   I feel my Saviors love
In all the world around me,
   His Spirit warms my soul,
    Through everything I see,
He knows I will follow Him,
Give all my life to him.
     I feel my Saviors love,
The love He freely gives me.

As I have sang the words, "He knows I will follow Him, Give all my life to him"
I have felt and hoped that He really knows that I mean it.
I love Him, I am so grateful for my Savior, I can do nothing without Him,  but with Him, I can do all things.
I really do feel my Saviors love, everyday, I hope He feels mine, through how I live my life.
