We have a tradition here at the Camp. For the 4th and the 24th of July we have a parade for whoever is on the Mountain. Since the 4th landed on a Monday, and no one was in camp, we had the Parade on the 5th for the Young Women who had just arrived on the Mountain.
We all decorated our ATV's and drove through the whole camp, throwing our candy and waving to the girls. They loved it. It was really fun.
So Elder LeFevre and I decided, hey why not, let's invite Santa and Mrs. Claus and 2 of the elf's to ride in the 4th of July Parade. So we had Santa decorate his summer sleigh and He and Mrs. Claus and 2 of the Elf's came and through out candy canes. They were a hit.

| You can't see it very well the the line of ATV's goes all the way around the corner ahead |

This is our pet deer. She sleeps right next to our cabin. She just looks at us when we go in and out. We can walk right next to her and it does not scare her away. We love it that the animals are not afraid of us. ( except maybe when it is a skunk or badger) |
